Ensure that the Game Manager's goals are achieved and properly communicated within their teams.

Be responsible for multiple teams and ensure follow-up on goals and deadlines to guarantee the delivery of various tasks.

Manage tasks in relevant production tools to properly supervise their team members' work (Jira, Confluence, etc.).

Assist in mentoring junior production team members.

Evaluate, analyze, and resolve issues related to project management.

Participate in game leadership meetings for planning, scheduling, and team management.

Conduct meetings and manage communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Contribute to the development and improvement of work methods and procedures.
