About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Champion the voice of international players within the development team—ensuring culturally relevant, high-quality content that resonates globally
- Track localization progress, identify risks, and maintain quality standards
- Drive the quality and efficiency of localized game updates, acting as the central liaison between development, live operations, and localization partners across Spain, Portugal, Canada, and the USA
- Be heavily involved in the day-to-day production of features and live ops content to support localization needs
- Ensure development practices incorporate internationalization and a global mindset for every release
- Align with feature producers on release timelines and schedule localization workflows accordingly
- Collaborate closely with art producers and the Marketing team to support creation of localized visuals
- Clearly communicate the goals of your projects to leaders to achieve constant partner alignment across the organization
- Drive localization efforts across a multidisciplinary team throughout the entire development lifecycle and live operations
- Manage external Localization vendors, improve processes, manage expectations and keep a constant close eye on quality output
- Evaluate the overall localization process and quality in order to draw lessons learned and identify areas of improvement
- Maintain terminology list, deal with translator's queries and maintain an up to date translation memory
- Build positive relationships with developers and regional teams
- Identify/assess risks and strategies to mitigate and escalate as necessary to all relevant partners
Requirements:
- Experience as a dedicated localization producer or project manager in a mobile gaming studio or a globally shipped entertainment or technical product
- Highly motivated and deeply passionate about Monopoly GO!, with a strong drive to deliver world-class player experiences to a global audience
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently and driving localization initiatives forward in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working with JIRA
- Excellent understanding of game development
- Process oriented vision and drive to drive changes in a large team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience planning, managing, and delivering projects as part of wider initiatives
- Excellent time-management skills with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Experienced in working with multicultural, globally distributed teams on projects and processes
- Solutions oriented and committed to fixing not only issues internally but with the vendors as well
- Clearly demonstrate best practices in LQA testing and how to be efficient with a mixed language team
- Have a service attitude focused on facilitating teams to deliver amazing products

- Experience of managing localization on a large live operating title across multiple regions
- Solid understanding of Agile and its standard practices
- Fluent in a language other than English
