LiveOps Configuration Manager

Scopely is looking for a Live Operations Configuration Manager to join the Scrabble team in Barcelona! This individual will be assisting a team of Product Managers, ensuring smooth, engaging, and high-performing live events and operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing live operations for mobile games and their responsibilities will include:

What you will do:

• Live Operations Execution: Support the planning and oversee the execution, and optimization of in-game events, seasonal content, and time-limited offers
• Real-Time Issue Management: Monitor live events, identify issues, and lead rapid troubleshooting efforts to minimize downtime and player disruptions
• Process Optimization: Develop and refine LiveOps workflows to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance response times
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze event performance data, player engagement trends, and revenue impact to continuously improve LiveOps execution
• Innovation & Experimentation: Identify opportunities for new event formats, engagement tactics, and LiveOps innovations to enhance the player experience

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years in LiveOps, game operations, or related roles
• LiveOps Expertise: Strong background in building live events, seasonal content, and time-limited in-game promotions
• Problem-Solving Mentality: Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve issues in a fast-paced, live service environment
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work with Product, Art, Analytics, Engineering and Marketing to execute live events seamlessly
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Player-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of player behaviors and motivations in free-to-play games
