About the Role
Design and Production
- Adapt and create designs for various marketing purposes, including banners, social media graphics, app store images, and promotional materials.
- Work with the Creative Lead and Senior Designers to develop creative assets for cross‑promotions, user acquisition campaigns, and advertising platforms.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for their intended platform or format, including print and digital channels.
Communication
- Incorporate client feedback (lead/internal teams/licensor) and ensure revisions are completed on spec and on time.
- Respond promptly to feedback from stakeholders, including marketing, legal, and licensing teams, ensuring the final product aligns with requirements.
- Participate in meetings and consistently contribute fresh, creative ideas.
- Provide input into the creative direction, shaping the overall narrative and tone of 2D assets.
Consistency & Guidelines
- Learn and adhere to artistic, IP, and licensing guidelines.
- Ensure brand consistency across 2D materials, maintaining a cohesive visual and narrative style across campaigns and platforms.
- Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Organization & Reporting
- Manage and organize design files, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived for future use.
- Prepare final deliverables in various formats, ready for deployment across platforms like social media, app stores, or print.
Innovation
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative techniques to the projects.
- Propose creative solutions to improve the quality and engagement of marketing materials.
