Responsibilities:
- Design and develop gameplay mechanics, levels, and systems ensuring that they are intuitive, easy to understand, and enjoyable.
- Create and maintain game design documents, including concept pitches, feature specifications, and user interface designs.
- Prototype and iterate on game concepts to refine gameplay mechanics and user interactions, considering feedback from internal teams and user testing sessions.
- Balance gameplay difficulty and complexity to accommodate the cognitive and motor skills development of players as well as the game economy.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to integrate GD content and ensure alignment with project team objectives, adapting and modifying game design elements based on feedback and technical constraints throughout the design process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in game design to continually innovate and improve our products.
