About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Create high and low poly stylized 3D character models and assets
- Sculpt detailed characters and props using ZBrush
- Develop lighting and rendering setups for asset presentation
- Collaborate with 2D concept artists while respecting original designs and character morphology
- Contribute ideas and artistic alternatives when needed
- Work closely with technical and animation teams to ensure assets fit production pipelines
- Optimize assets for real-time engines and in-game integration
Success Metrics:
- Delivering high-quality stylized characters aligned with Disney visual standards
- Creating production-ready assets optimized for game engines
- Collaborating efficiently with cross-functional teams
- Maintaining consistency across style, topology, and technical quality
- Taking ownership of assets from blockout to final polish
